Shipping & Return Policy

Upon placing an order, we process them in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders that are received by 1pm EST Monday through Friday, same day shipping (excludes holidays). This policy may be delayed during peak shopping times and may delay your order 1-2 business days from being shipped. If the order is on back order there will be a delay in your purchase, and you will be contacted by a customer service representative if your item becomes no longer available and an immediate refund will be given. 

We try to ship orders within 24-48 hours. For wholesale orders, insurance and a signature will be required to deliver the item(s). Depending upon the location of your shipment, we will utilize USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. 

We can not be held responsible for any import/ excise or duties to be paid by you if this is shipping to a country other than the USA.

Miss Moon’s Hemp offers a full return on unopened/sealed product if the request is submitted within 14 business days of receiving the product. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on product that has been opened or used and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers will be emailed within two (2) business days that their return request has been received; once the return has been received back to our facility and we confirm the condition, we will issue a refund for the unopened product. On orders of $100 or less, a full cash refund is issued. Orders over $100 will be refunded via 100% store credit if delivery to the recipient has been verified. If we are unable to verify delivery, a full cash refund will be issued on all orders.
